A strong core is crucial to performance – no matter what that means to you! This is a great foundational movement to start with. It will work on not only your glute strength, but also core and posterior chain. Make sure you are able to find neutral spine and bridge up. Hold this position for 5sec, repeat for 5 reps for up too 5 sets! To make this more difficult you can always add weight, or try to perform it on a single leg!
