Our goal is to give you the tools to problem solve and take a crack at feeling, moving, and performing optimally.
Hi, I’m Mitch – Thanks for stopping by to learn about us.
I’m a Physiotherapist (born and raised in Toronto, Canada) with a passion for helping people achieve their functional goals. The Movement Centre site started when I got tired of my friends asking me about their “insert body part here” at functions we would go to. Because of this, I did what any normal person would do and started to make videos of it – I figured other people had to have the same questions, right?
This started the Movement Mondays library. From there, I realized my friends (and patients) had way better outcomes when I was able to provide them with more than just the classic stick figure outline of an exercises on paper so I started a video collection of exercises – known as The Movement Library.
Finally, I needed a better way to organize my thoughts so that more people could really understand how to tackle their issues and achieve their goals, and from there The Movement Series was born.
