The Runners Series is the  head to toe breakdown of the running body from the eyes of a physiotherapist, The goal is to maximize performance, while preventing injuries! We’ve broken down this series into 9 jam-packed episodes, each focusing on an important segment of The Runner’s Body.

The series goes into depth on some of the most common problems we see in clinic that riddle our runners. Injuries like patellar-femoral syndrome, plantar fasciopathy, neck pain and IT band syndrome are all covered within this bad boy.

WE want to show YOU how to self manage, self treat and MAINTAIN your body so that you can keep wearing the treads on the bottom of your shoes – not your body!
