Do you jump a lot? Jumping is an explosive and high load movement on those knees of yours. Today we talk about Patellofermoral pain, how it relates to jumping sports such as volleyball. Sometimes this is brought on by mobility restrictions, other times (like today) it is a strength and motor control issue – so we better get training! Remember to Move Like You Mean It!
