Standing stagger your stance so that feet are spread with one foot in front and the other behind you. Keeping your back foot flat, and shifting your weight to your front foot press your weight forwards. Make sure you keep your feet straight while squeezing your bum muscles and driving your hip towards the wall. You should feel the stretch in your trailing leg.
Do this for 2 minutes throughout the day.
